Townhouses, Duplexes, and Single Family (new and renovated). Worked on both traditional and contemporary designs. Schematic design through construction drawings, client interfacing, product and system research.

Residential BIM drafting and permit expediting services.

HOLDAWAY RESIDENCE – FREELANCE [2017-2018]

House for private client in Watkinsville, GA. Initial design, siting, and construction drawings. Construction completed.

NOLEN RESIDENCE – FREELANCE [2015-2017]

House for private client in Rydal, GA. Initial design, siting, construction drawings, interviewed builders, construction administration, interior design. Construction completed.

Residential architecture office in Buckhead. New houses & home renovations, Condos, apartment and commercial conversions. Oversaw projects from design through completion. Responsible for project management, correspondence with clients, drafting & development of drawing sets, construction administration, development of office CAD standards.

DESIGN INTERN @ FARRINGTON DESIGN GROUP [2013-2014]

Interior Architecture, corporate office build-out. Worked on 3 projects from schematic design through permitting, as well as test fits and post project changes for several others. Responsibilities included drafting of construction documents, renderings, correspondence with clients, engineers, and vendors, and managing corporate social media accounts.
